Mason offers veterans, active-duty personnel, Reservists, and Guardsmen priority registration following the completion of their first semester here.
The Board of Visitors passed Priority Registration for Active Duty, Reservists, Guard and Veterans, which extends priority registration to this population. Eligible students will be assigned the earliest time ticket available.
Those who are using VA benefits to cover their education costs will likely see their time tickets update automatically.
If you're not using benefits, contact us at 703-993-1316. You'll need to submit a source document showing proof of service. This can include a DD 214 or an active military ID. To get priority registration, submit your source document by:
- April 1 for fall semester.
- Nov. 1 for spring semester.
- March 1 for summer semester.
Updates usually take 24 hours to process in the student information system.
